NO BASE BUILDING

put simply this mod switches off vanilla base building, it does this by removing the players ability to craft the kits required to make fence kits, watch towers and flag poles (still allows shelters as there used for stash) when a player trys to craft a these kits they are only given the option to craft a shelter kit, they are also INFORMED that base building is switched off in the lower left corner with a personal message to them (not server message player triggered only) the current system to prevent base building on a server has been a thorn in the side of many server owners, often being forced to remove items from the spawn pool they they dont actually want to as they have more of a purpose than just base building (ie nails - can be used to make a nail bat , which is fun) this mod has been hard tested with a large collection of other mods and given its simplicity its not suprising to notice it hasnt effected any other mod on any test.
