The Logout Blacklist Mod stops players from carrying dangerous or high-value gear out of the world by logging off with it. Any item you put on the blacklist is dropped at the player's feet the moment they disconnect. Fully configurable through a single JSON file, with an in-game warning so players always know what they're about to lose. Features Configurable Blacklist - Define any number of item classnames in a simple JSON config. No script edits, no repacking. Covers Every Disconnect - Menu logout, ALT+F4, connection loss and timeouts are all handled the same way. Full Inventory Scan - Blacklisted items are found anywhere on the player: hands, clothing, vests, backpacks and inside nested containers. Items are dropped intact, keeping their own attachments and contents. Logout Confirmation Warning - Players who try to log out while holding blacklisted gear get a Yes/No confirmation listing exactly which items and how many will be dropped. Defaults to "No" so nobody loses gear by accident. Live Blacklist Sync - The blacklist is sent to each client on connect, so the warning always matches your server config. Change the config, restart, done - players never touch a setting. Territory Modes - Optionally restrict drops so they only happen inside a territory, or only inside the player's own territory. Dead Players Ignored - The blacklist only applies to living players, so corpses and their loot are left alone. Detailed Logging - Every drop is written to a per-session log file with player name, ID, coordinates and the full item list. Lightweight - No loops, no timers, no per-frame work. The mod only does anything at the moment a player disconnects. No Dependencies - Runs on vanilla DayZ. Works alongside Expansion, but does not require it. How It Works On first server start the mod creates profiles/LogoutBlacklist/Config.json with a default config. Add the classnames you want blacklisted and restart the server. When a player disconnects, their entire inventory is scanned for those classnames. Anything found is dropped at their last position and written to the log. If they log out through the menu, they are warned first and can cancel. Configuration profiles/LogoutBlacklist/Config.json { "territoryMode": 0, "BlacklistedItems": [ "HDSN_BreachingCharge", "HDSN_BreachingChargeHeavy" ] } BlacklistedItems - A list of item classnames. Modded classnames are fully supported. territoryMode - Controls where the blacklist applies: 0 - Everywhere. Blacklisted items are always dropped on disconnect. 1 - Only while the player is inside any territory. 2 - Only while the player is inside their own territory. Note: Modes 1 and 2 require LBmaster Group DLC Plotpole and are detected automatically. Without it, use mode 0. Logging A fresh log file is created every server start at profiles/LogoutBlacklist/Logs/, named by date and time. Each entry records: Player name and ID Exact drop position Every item that was dropped Support Feedback and bug reports are welcome - drop a comment here or message me on Discord: syntactixx Repacking Please do not repack, as I plan on continuing to update this mod. modperf has not read this mod's scripts, so there is no report and it is left out of any stack it appears in. 7 live servers in the crawl publish it.
The worker downloads the mod from the Workshop and reads its Enforce Script — nothing is executed. Usually a few minutes. This page then shows the report.
