Red Tip Ammo is a custom 308 round that is about 90% strength of 338 Lapua based on match-grade hand-load ammunition that can be found at competitions or for custom military applications. This ammo can only be used in breech loading or bolt action rifles, and can not be used in semi or automatic rifles(except for the custom Shughart Special M14). It is accurate to 1000m, and while not a 'tapper' it will enhance greatly your vanilla weapons and sniping. Based off a 200 grain bullet with maximum powder load of 44 grains that will travel around 2700 FPS in a long rifle. Mileage may vary based on weapon barrel length. A custom memorial M14 in honor of Delta Force Operator SFC Randy Shughart is included, with custom magazine and suppressor that only work with that particular weapon. It chambers both vanilla 308 as well as red tip, and accepts any M14 magazine. As with all real modern military M14s, it is full auto, and the custom mag holds 25 rounds. The Shughart Special will one-tap an UNARMORED survivor at 1000m with the red tip ammo loaded. SFC Shughart gave his life to defend his fellow soldiers in the 'Black Hawk Down' battle of Mogadishu in October of 1993.
