LNG COMPANION :: THE PROGRESSION MOD Version: 2.0 | The Daily RPG Overhaul WIKI: https://lng.gitbook.io/lng-docs "The only mod that adds a massive Daily RPG Progression System and a 100-Hour Endgame Loop to DayZ. Built for servers that want players to stay." LNG Companion fundamentally changes the goal of the game. It has evolved from a simple event system into a complete gameplay overhaul. It’s no longer just about getting an M4—it’s about completing daily quests, rebuilding the city, and earning a massive, persistent storage empire. 🌍 Fully Localized: Includes a comprehensive `.csv` file with translations for multiple languages out of the box to support your global community! 1. APEX CITY & DAILY RPG PROGRESSION (NEW!) The mod now features a massive, automated mission ecosystem accessible directly from the Drone UI. It tracks real-world calendar days to provide players with an addictive daily gameplay loop. Default 10-Day RPG Progression: Players start on Day 1 with specific quests. Completing a daily mission flags their account. The next real-world day they log in, they advance to Day 2 for new, harder missions. (Go inactive for 14 days? Your streak resets to Day 1). (you can add more) Global & Personal Quests: The UI dynamically filters a mix of 24/7 Global Server Events (e.g., Police Station Sieges) and Personal Daily Quests (Fishing quotas, Pelt gathering). Dynamic Objectives: - CLEAR: Wipe out infected zones. - DEFEND: Hold the line against scaling zombie hordes and bosses. - HUNT: Track down rogue Apex Predators spawning at dynamic bounties. - TURN-IN: Deliver resources (meat, ammo, pelts, meds) via bulletproof, exploit-free delivery logic. Overhauled UI: The Drone Interface has been rebuilt with vastly improved font sizing, layout scaling, and beautiful native UI popup notifications for mission intel. 2. THE COMPANION DRONE (Hardware) A physical drone attached to a custom slot. It is the key to the entire system. The Menu (Alt+D): A tactical control panel. Toggle your Auto-Sell status, view your Daily Missions, mute drone audio, and manage Squad Links. The Oscillator (Skin Rolling): This isn't a "selector." It's a re-fabricator. Place your gun or gear inside the Oscillator Crate and "Roll" the skin. It cycles through the config-defined variants (Camo, Anime, RGB). Squad Link: Handshake with a squadmate's drone to enable the Wormhole Protocol. 3. THE VAULT SYSTEM (The Grind) This is the core storage loop. You don't just "get" storage; you earn it. 10 Unlockable Vaults: Every player starts with Vault 01. You must unlock Vaults 2-10 by finding Expansion Modules. The Upgrade Path: Every vault starts small (100 Slots). You must farm Upgrade Cards to evolve them: Level 0: 100 Slots Level 1: 300 Slots Level 2: 750 Slots Level 3: 1000 Slots (Master) JSON Performance: Vaults are stored in a local `.json` database. Unlike tents that lag the server, these virtual vaults have Zero FPS impact when closed. Anti-Theft: Deploy the crate, loot, and walk away. If you go >10m, it auto-packs and saves to the database. 4. ON-DEMAND EVENTS (The Source) You do not wait for random events. You trigger them via your drone when you are geared and ready. The Trials (Upgrade Your Vault): Insert a Trial Module into your drone to summon a localized "Boss Arena" at your position. Survive the custom horde, kill the Boss, and loot Upgrade Cards. Features harmless VX Gas visual boundaries and lag-proof auto-cleanup if you fail. KOTH (Expand Your Network): Found a K
