DayZ Map Buildings Code lock Addon This addon brings a full codelock system to map buildings, allowing players to secure doors using the familiar DayZ codelock experience players already know. The building codelock system is designed to be almost completely independent from the original CodeLock implementation. This was done intentionally to keep performance high and to avoid conflicts, while still preserving the same look, feel, and workflow players expect. The goal was simple one consistent codelock experience across fences, gates, tents and now map buildings, using the same trusted UI the DayZ community has grown to rely on. Key Features Attach codelocks to map building doors Familiar codelock UI and interactions Owner, guest Admin system open locked doors and remove codelocks Owners can remove their codelock using an action, placing it in your hands for builldings and on the ground for tents and gates this means it can be reused, reconfigured with a new passcode, or carried away. Designed to work cleanly alongside existing CodeLock system BuildingCodelocksSettings.json File { "Version": 1,// subject to change only when critical data changes are required, I will force version changes to config, ultimately this can be ignored just don't be concerned when version changes! "EnableBuildingCodelocks": 1, "CodeLockClassName": "Codelock",// remove codelock received "NotAllowedBuildingTypes": [ "Land_Mil_Barracks3", "Land_Hospital_Main", "Land_PoliceStation" ], // class name array for building not allowed codelocks on "EnableAreaRestrictions": 1, "NotAllowedCodelockAreas": [ { "Name": "Trader Zone", "Position": [ 7500.0, 0.0, 7500.0 ], "Radius": 200.0 }, { "Name": "Safe Zone", "Position": [ 11050.1, 91.8197, 6655.08 ], "Radius": 150.0 } ], "AllowMultipleLocksPerBuilding": 1, "MaxGuestsPerLock": 10 "RequireTerritoryForBuildingCodelocks": 1, "RequireTerritoryForGateCodelocks": 1, "RequireTerritoryForTentCodelocks": 1 } CodelockAdminsSettings.json File { "Version": 1, "AdminSteamIds": ["steam id in here", "another steam id here ect.."], "AllowAdminOpenLockedDoors": 1, "AllowAdminRemoveCodelocks": 1 } I would not concern yourselves to much with the BuildingCodelocksData.json file Raiding Support Raiding codelocked buildings is fully supported when used alongside the LootRooms Raiding Addon. Players can breach secured buildings using C4 charges and hacking tablets, (C4 even has a countdown timer on the charge's screen, this makes for a balanced risk vs End reward there's always one! All raiding requirements such as timers, conditions, and variables are fully configurable. there are also lots of vanilla method for raiding combolocks hacksaws, axes and bolt cutters Raiding Addon Steam link https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3613433670 This addon is built to integrate smoothly with other CBD mods, creating a modular system where each addon supports and enhances the others without hard dependencies.
