XDA Item Resize A conservative inventory and stack rebalance for DayZ. Built for servers that want less inventory friction without turning every survivor into a walking shipping container. Features Common ammo stacks increased to 100. Shells, arrows, and bolts stack to 40. Launcher and explosive ammunition stacks to 4. Building materials are easier to move and store. Medical items are resized conservatively. Batteries, filters, and fuel containers have smaller footprints only. Backpack cargo is moderately increased. Endgame backpacks have larger cargo capacity. Large vehicle and base-building parts can fit into practical backpacks. What Stays Vanilla Food and drink values are unchanged. Clothing storage is unchanged except backpacks. Fuel quantity and battery charge values are unchanged. This mod does not add scripts. Current Version v0.5.0 - Clean Rebuild Rebuilt as a clean config-only PBO. Removed older broad item overrides that caused noisy config warnings. Removed food, drink, radio, headtorch, and general clothing edits. Kept the balance target practical and server-friendly. Server Notes Load as a normal client/shared mod. Credits Created by Xen. Thanks to Bohemia Interactive for DayZ. Thanks to the DayZ modding community and mod makers generally, whose work keeps this game alive, weird, broken, brilliant, and somehow still worth modding. Special respect to modders who share knowledge, document their work, and help the community grow. No respect to those who lock down, obfuscate, sell, or gatekeep work built on a game and community they did not create alone.
