KM Survivor Skills Survive. Learn. Build your character through gameplay. Version 2.0 — Survivor Journal, Developer Tools & Gameplay Improvements KM Survivor Skills adds long-term character progression to DayZ. Earn XP through movement, combat, medical care and practical survival activities. Track your skills, bonuses and statistics in the Survivor Journal, with server-side settings to suit your community. WHAT'S INCLUDED 20 skills covering movement, combat, medical care and survival. A dark Survivor Journal with KM red styling and custom skill icons. Skill levels, XP progress, descriptions and improvement information. Player statistics and rotating gameplay tips. Optional XP popups and level-up notifications. Persistent player progress and configurable progression. Anti-AFK checks for movement progression. An authorized Developer Tools dashboard for testing and balancing. SKILLS & PROGRESSION Movement Quiet Walker trains through slow crouched movement. Crouch Runner tracks faster crouched movement. Walking and jogging train Light Footed, while sprinting trains Runner and Endurance. Combat Firearm hits train Marksman. Empty-handed close-combat hits train Boxer, while close-combat hits with a held item train Melee Specialist. Medical & Survival Supported medical actions train Medic. Other skills cover infection resistance, unsafe food and water exposure, active survival, night travel and resting near a burning fire. Crafting, repairs, supported animal processing, fishing and farming train their corresponding practical skills. Fast Learner Earns training XP alongside eligible gains in other skills and improves the XP bonus as its level increases. Progression and bonuses remain controlled by the server. LATEST FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS Journal readability: wrapped, scrollable skill descriptions and improvement text with a fixed text size. Melee Specialist & Boxer: corrected hit classification so melee damage is distinguished from firearm damage. Hunter: dedicated completion tracking for successful animal skinning, including supported small-animal carcasses. Animal kills alone do not award Hunter XP. Footwear compatibility: retains the timed Light Footed protection fix designed to avoid Expansion health-callback recursion. Fewer repeated updates: grouped XP/stat updates, separate save timing and journal refreshes when new data arrives. Notification handling: pooled XP popups, a configurable minimum interval and merged pending notices for the same skill. Report the action and mod involved if custom animal processing does not award XP. DEVELOPER TOOLS & STATISTICS The existing dashboard includes player and skill management, a live inspector, statistics, event logs, compatibility information and report exports. Authorized developers can add or remove XP, adjust levels, reset progression and export reports with performance counters. Access requires a matching Steam64 ID and exact player name; commands are validated on the server. Developer mode can be disabled. Track travel, kills, deaths, medical actions, repairs, animal processing, crafting, fishing, farming and life duration. SERVER CONFIGURATION & SETUP Load @KM_SurvivorSkills on both server and clients using -mod. Keep versions matched. Copy the supplied .bikey into the server's keys folder for signed builds. Settings generate under your server profile/KM_SurvivorSkills/. Stop the server before editing JSON, then restart. Configure enabled skills, progression, bonuses, notifications and update/save intervals. Protected skill metadata remains consistent. Back up configuration and player JSON before up

modperf has not read this mod's scripts, so there is no report and it is left out of any stack it appears in. 1 live server in the crawl publishes it.

The worker downloads the mod from the Workshop and reads its Enforce Script — nothing is executed. Usually a few minutes. This page then shows the report.
