Moose The forests of Chernarus just got a new family of giants. This mod adds the moose to DayZ - a massive bull, a cow, and their calf - roaming the wilderness alongside the native deer and reindeer. Hunt them, drop them, skin them, and cook the meat over the fire. But be careful around the bull - he no longer just runs away. The moose family Bull - the massive, tough male. A genuine big-game animal that soaks up several rifle rounds like real big game. Can be made aggressive - see below. Cow - the adult female. A peaceful herd animal, tough but not as hardy as the bull. Calf - the young one. Small, light and peaceful, with a warm caramel-brown coat that clearly sets it apart from the dark adults. All three walk, graze, flee and animate naturally, just like the native wildlife, and they move together in herds. The charging bull The bull can defend itself and charge. Provoke it and it lowers its head, thunders toward you and rams - a real threat in the deep woods. It is fully server-configurable, so every admin decides how dangerous the forest should be: Attack on/off - keep the bull completely peaceful, or let it fight back. Retaliation only, or active aggression - the bull can react only when shot/hit, or hunt down any player who steps inside a configurable radius. Custom aggro radius - decide how close is too close. Adjustable charge damage - scale the impact to taste. The cow defends her calf against wolves, but flees from everything else. The calf always stays peaceful. Features Full skinning - gut any of them for Moose Meat, plus guts, lard and bones. Adults yield a full Moose Pelt; the calf yields its own smaller Moose Calf Pelt with a rust-brown coat. Custom meat with cooking stages - Moose Meat has its own model and texture and changes appearance as you cook it: raw, grilled, boiled, dried and burned. A lean, dark-red game meat - high in protein, low in fat. Full custom audio - the bull, cow and calf each have their own idle calls plus distinct hit and death sounds, so you can hear the herd before you see it and hear every shot land. Big-game toughness, now adjustable - the bull and cow take real punishment, so bringing one down feels like a proper hunt. Admins can scale how much damage each animal takes - tougher for a hardcore server, softer for a casual one. Smart herds under fire - shoot into a herd and the animals stop calling and flee, so a wounded moose never sounds like it is happily grazing. Natural herds - bulls, cows and calves spawn together, so the wild feels alive. Localized in 14 languages - names and descriptions show up correctly for international servers. Where it spawns The moose spawns wherever deer or reindeer already roam, so it fits naturally into every map's wildlife: Chernarus Livonia Sakhal DeerIsle Ready-to-use spawn configuration (types, events, territories) is included for server admins - see below. For server owners The mod ships with example mission XML files (types.xml, events.xml, territories, cfgenvironment, cfgeventspawns) so you can have moose herds spawning on your server in minutes. These are provided as a sensible default - tweak the numbers to taste. The moose is configured via a simple JSON file, written automatically on the first server start - no need to spawn or shoot anything first: <ServerProfile>\Moose\MooseBullConfig.json EnableAttack - true/false: master switch for the bull's attack. UnprovokedAggro - true = charges players inside the radius on its own (plus retaliation); false = only

modperf has not read this mod's scripts, so there is no report and it is left out of any stack it appears in. 5 live servers in the crawl publish it.

The worker downloads the mod from the Workshop and reads its Enforce Script — nothing is executed. Usually a few minutes. This page then shows the report.
