OldWounds OldWounds (OW) adds lingering injury effects, wound complications, and emergency cauterizing to DayZ. Broken legs and recently healed injuries can ache before bad weather rolls in, bandaged wounds can reopen under strain, and untreated or poorly treated wounds may become infected. The goal is not to bury players in medical micromanagement. OW adds a little consequence to injuries after the immediate bleeding stops, while still keeping everything configurable for server owners. Features Old leg injuries can warn players when severe weather may be coming. Warnings are imperfect by design, with configurable false positives and missed warnings. Recently bandaged wounds can reopen when players jog, sprint, or push themselves too hard. Wound infection chances are affected by exertion, treatment quality, and player health. Player wound state is saved per player and cleared on character death. Cauterizing wounds is supported as an emergency last-resort treatment. Knives, axes, bayonets, screwdrivers, and configured custom tools can be heated at fires. Lit road flares can also be used to cauterize wounds. Dirty tools can still cause infection, because burning filth into a wound is a terrible idea. Config Files OW creates its configs in your server profile folder: OldWounds/OldWounds.json - Main injury, weather warning, wound memory, and wound complication settings. modperf has not read this mod's scripts, so there is no report and it is left out of any stack it appears in. 2 live servers in the crawl publish it.

The worker downloads the mod from the Workshop and reads its Enforce Script — nothing is executed. Usually a few minutes. This page then shows the report.
