VPP Attachment Browser VPP Attachment Browser is an extension for VPP Admin Tools that adds an easy-to-use attachment browser to the admin toolbar. UPDATES WILL BE FREQUENT AS THIS IS BEING POLISHED Select or search for an item, browse every compatible attachment, preview it in 3D, and then attach it to the item in your hands or spawn it on the ground. Do not load it using only the serverMod parameter. Permissions The required VPP permission is: AttachmentBrowserMenu VPP superadmins receive this permission automatically. For other administrator roles, grant it through the VPP Permission Editor. How to Use Open VPP Admin Tools. Open the Attachment Browser from the toolbar. Select an item in VPP's Items Spawner, search for a classname or display name, or place the target item in your hands. Press Resolve to load its compatible attachments. Select an attachment to preview it. Choose Attach to Target or Spawn on Ground. To attach an item directly, the target must be in your hands and Use item in hands must be enabled. Items selected only through search or the Items Spawner can still be browsed, previewed, and spawned. Compatibility Notes Compatibility is detected from DayZ configuration data, including attachment slots, inventory slots, compatible attachments, magazines, and ammunition relationships. Some modded items use custom scripted compatibility that is not exposed through configuration data. Those attachments may not appear automatically. Server Installation Install CF, VPPAdminTools, and this mod on both the server and connecting clients. Copy the included public key into the server's keys folder and add the mods to the server launch parameters in the load order shown above. Enjoy! Credits Leave a like, use as you wish.
