# Repack, Redistribution & Intellectual Property Policy ## Intellectual Property Notice **APH Core and all official APH Havoc Mods are the exclusive intellectual property of Misfitno1.** This includes, but is not limited to: * Source code. * Scripts and compiled binaries. * Models and 3D assets. * Textures, materials, and icons. * Sounds and visual effects. * Configuration files. * Documentation and written content. * Branding, logos, names, and artwork. * Any future updates, additions, or derivative works. All rights are reserved unless expressly granted in writing by the author. --- # Repack & Redistribution Policy **This mod is protected.** **Under NO circumstances may APH Core be repacked, re-uploaded, redistributed, included in another mod, decompiled, reverse engineered, modified for public release, or otherwise distributed without prior written permission from the author.** Permission must be obtained **directly from Misfitno1** before any redistribution or inclusion of APH Core in another Steam Workshop item, server pack, or download. ## APH Core * ❌ No repacks. * ❌ No reuploads. * ❌ No redistribution. * ❌ No public modifications. * ❌ No decompiling or reverse engineering. * ❌ No extraction or reuse of assets, scripts, models, textures, icons, or code. * ❌ No inclusion in server packs without written permission. * ✅ Written permission from **Misfitno1** is required before **any** exception is granted. ## All Other APH Havoc Mods The same protection applies to **every official APH Havoc mod**. Permission is required before repacking, redistributing, modifying, or including any APH Havoc content within another Workshop item or server pack. Repack requests **must** be submitted through a support ticket and are **not free**. Approval is considered on a case-by-case basis. ## To Request Permission, Please Include * Server Name. * Steam Workshop Pack Name (or Workshop link if already published). * The APH Havoc mods you wish to include. * The reason for the repack request. Once approved, your server pack will be added to the **Official APH Authorised Repack List**. --- # Copyright & Enforcement Unauthorised use, copying, redistribution, modification, or repacking of APH Core or any APH Havoc mod may constitute copyright infringement and a violation of the Steam Workshop Subscriber Agreement.
