CrayZ MCK Mod

CrayZ MCK Mod CrayZ MCK Mod is a lightweight quality-of-life addon for MuchCarKey that adds proximity locking, vehicle locating, and easier key identification while keeping MuchCarKey in full control of the actual vehicle/key system. Walk up to your vehicle with the matching key in your inventory and it unlocks automatically. Walk away and it locks again — using MuchCarKey's own lock system and native lock/unlock sound. Current Features • Automatically unlocks your vehicle when approaching with the matching MCK key • Automatically locks your vehicle when moving away • Separate configurable lock/unlock distances prevent constant lock/unlock toggling • Uses the actual physical MuchCarKey key ID for authorization • Supports copied MCK keys belonging to the same vehicle • Adds a Locate Vehicle action to assigned MCK keys • Shows approximate direction and distance to the vehicle • Displays the MCK Key ID directly in the inventory name, for example: Car Key [#3] • Uses MuchCarKey's native lock/unlock sound • Does not replace or modify MuchCarKey's normal locking, persistence, or key ownership system Installation 1. Install MuchCarKey and all of its required dependencies. 2. Add @MuchCarKey to the server and client mod list. 3. Add @CrayZMCKMod to the server and client mod list. 4. Load @CrayZMCKMod AFTER @MuchCarKey. 5. Copy the included public .bikey file into the server Keys folder. 6. Restart the server. Important: Do not run another automatic vehicle locking mod such as AutoLockVehicles alongside CrayZMCKMod, as both mods may attempt to control the same vehicle lock state. Configuration The configuration file is generated automatically at: %profile%\CrayZMods\CrayZMCKMod.json Default proximity distances: Unlock: 4 meters Lock: 6 meters Both distances, proximity timing, locator behavior, and related options can be configured in the JSON file. Dependencies • MuchCarKey Usage and Redistribution CrayZMCKMod may be used on public or private DayZ servers. Repacking, reuploading, redistributing, modifying, or publishing altered versions of the mod is not permitted without written permission from the mod author(s).
