Item Labels lets players put a custom name and color on containers and other items with cargo. The label shows: On the item icon in inventory On the action cursor when you look at the item in the world Labels stay on the item after a restart and when the container is moved. ! This mod MUST be installed as both a Server and Client side mod ! Required: Community Framework (CF) DelaDuck's Core Framework Key Features Custom name + color per item Inventory overlay on the item icon World action: Edit label Inventory context menu: Edit label Live preview in the rename dialog Labels persist on the item (no wipe required) Admin menu with live config push to players (no restart) Configurable labelable classes, blacklist, colors, and max length Localized UI (EN, DE, CZ, RU, PL, HU, IT, ES, FR, ZH, JA, PT, and more) How to use (players) Look at a labelable container in the world and use Edit label Or open inventory → right-click the item → Edit label Type a name, pick a color, confirm By default, items that inherit Container_Base and have cargo can be labeled (barrels, crates, and similar). Admin Add your Steam64 ID to Super-admin Steam IDs, then open the Labels Admin Panel in-game. Default keybind: L (Controls → DelaDuck → Labels Admin Panel) From the admin menu you can change: Max label length (default: 24) Labelable item classes Blacklisted item classes Label colors (name + ARGB) Super-admin Steam IDs Press Save and send to players — settings apply live, no server restart. Configuration File $profile:DD_Settings/Labels/settings.json The file is created automatically on the first launch. Support and Repacking I prohibit repacking into server modpacks or any other mods!
