KARAT-8 Television

The screen built to play. A standalone, placeable television for DayZ, built to be the natural home of the KARAT-8 Game System. Use it as an ordinary survivor-era television prop, or install a KARAT-8 console on top, insert a physical game cartridge, and turn the screen into a fully playable in-world game system. CRTGameCore is optional. This television works completely on its own and has no required KARAT-8 dependency. With KARAT-8 / CRTGameCore installed, the television is automatically recognized as a compatible display. KARAT-8 handles the console, games, saves, input, audio, and screen projection through its compatible-display system. That means the TV remains a normal standalone DayZ object whether KARAT-8 is installed or not. Compatible display system KARAT-8 is no longer tied to one specific television. CRTGameCore supports televisions and other screens through calibrated Compatible Display Profiles, allowing additional displays to be added without modifying individual game cartridges. This television is the dedicated standalone KARAT-8 display. Server files Optional Central Economy configuration is included for: LM_TV Server owners decide whether the television spawns naturally and how common it should be.
