Solar Panel Power System (Rework) Based on the "Solar Panel Power System" by RedFalcon. All credit for the solar panel models, textures and the original system goes to RedFalcon. Original mod: Solar Panel Power System Republished with modifications as permitted in the original mod description. Power splitter, lever switch, lamps and water pump: models, textures and pump sound from LF PowerGrid by Return, used with permission of the author. The script logic is newly written. Original Mod: PowerGrid What's different? Real battery storage: The truck battery actually stores energy. It charges during the day and drains at night. Real sun position: Solar output follows the sun of the map (latitude, in-game date and time). Power from sunrise, full power when the sun is high, nothing after sunset. Long summer days give more power, short winter days less. Weather: Clouds, rain and fog reduce the solar output. Second battery: Truck battery and car battery both work as storage. The panel runs with one or both. Switchable order: Choose directly at the panel which battery is charged first and which is drained first. The setting is saved. Electrical parts Power Splitter: 1 input, 3 outputs. Lever Switch: switches everything behind it. LED: green = on with power, red = off with power. Ceiling Lamp and Wall Lamp: each with its own switch, can be chained (lamp to lamp). Lamps cast shadows, light only shines out through open windows and doors. Electric Water Pump: clean water for drinking, filling and washing. Pumps about 5 litres per minute into a 50-litre tank that also works without power (e.g. at night). All parts come as kits: splitter, switch and wall lamp go on walls, the ceiling lamp on ceilings (up to 5 m high). The pump is set up like the solar panel. A hint shows whether the spot fits or why not. Placed parts are fixed. Dismantle them back into the kit with a screwdriver (pump also with wrench or pipe wrench). Wiring with pliers Pliers in hand, look at a device: connect input or output, then click the other device. Green line = possible, red line = not possible, with the reason. Disconnect any single plug, the matching line is highlighted. Works with all placed devices with a regular power plug: solar panel, generator, cable reel, spotlight, fridges, lamps, switch, splitter, pump. All power cords are at least 20 m long. Labels and coupled switches Labels: Name your lever switches and power splitters (e.g. "Lever Switch (Fridge)"). Inside an Expansion territory only owner and members can change labels. Coupled switches: Couple lever switches with pliers, like a multi-way circuit. All coupled switches share the same state, any of them switches the lights. Only one needs a cable. Classnames RFSolarPanelKit, RFSolarPanel DNR_PowerSplitterKit, DNR_LeverSwitchKit, DNR_CeilingLightKit, DNR_WallLampKit, DNR_WaterPumpKit Placed: DNR_PowerSplitter, DNR_LeverSwitch, DNR_CeilingLight, DNR_WallLamp, DNR_WaterPump Server owners Do not run this together with the original Solar Panel Power System, both use the same classnames. Existing panels from the original mod stay on your server when switching. Copy the key from the keys folder into your server keys folder. Add the types.xml entries to your economy (the kits do not spawn as loot by default). Settings: $profile:DNR_SolarPanel/settings.json (created on first start). "UseRealSun" and "FullPowerElevation" control the sun, the old fi

modperf has not read this mod's scripts, so there is no report and it is left out of any stack it appears in. 1 live server in the crawl publishes it.
The worker downloads the mod from the Workshop and reads its Enforce Script — nothing is executed. Usually a few minutes. This page then shows the report.
