BZG_Custom_Headlight_Bulbs Created by BoomerDaClown BizZzaRGaming Development Bring some color to the darkness. BZG_Custom_Headlight_Bulbs is an original DayZ vehicle modification created by BoomerDaClown here at BizZzaRGaming Development that expands the standard H7 headlight system with fully functional custom colored headlight bulbs. These are not simply renamed headlights or cosmetic inventory items. The actual light projected from the vehicle changes to match the color of the bulb installed. Install a Neon Purple bulb and your vehicle projects a Neon Purple beam. Install Red and the beam is Red. Install Neon Green and the beam is Neon Green. The goal was simple: Keep the normal DayZ H7 headlight system, but make it a whole lot more fun. HOW IT WORKS BZG Custom Headlight Bulbs are built around the normal DayZ HeadlightH7 system. That means the custom bulbs install into the same standard vehicle headlight attachment slots used by normal H7 headlights. You install the bulb. You turn on the vehicle headlights. The vehicle projects the color assigned to that bulb. The system preserves the vehicle's normal headlight positioning, beam direction, brightness behavior, light radius, and vehicle-specific headlight setup while changing the actual emitted light color. CUSTOM COLORED BULBS The mod currently includes: White Red Blue Green Neon Green Purple Neon Purple Pink Cyan Ice Blue Yellow Orange RGB Each color also includes its own matching boxed version that can be used for traders, events, loot systems, admin tools, or however your server chooses to distribute them. MIX AND MATCH The system was designed to support more than just two matching bulbs. Two matching colored bulbs Both headlights project the selected color. One colored bulb The working headlight projects that bulb's custom color. Two different colored bulbs The system can separate the headlights so each side can project its own color. Want Neon Purple on one side and Neon Green on the other? Go for it. Custom bulb + standard H7 The custom side can remain colored while the standard H7 keeps its normal lighting behavior. VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY BZG_Custom_Headlight_Bulbs is designed around DayZ's standard CarScript H7 headlight architecture. It is intended to work with: Vanilla DayZ vehicles using standard H7 headlights Modded vehicles using normal HeadlightH7 attachment slots Vehicles using the standard Reflector_1_1 and Reflector_2_1 headlight system Vehicles using DayZ's normal CreateFrontLight implementation Some heavily customized vehicle mods that completely replace DayZ's normal headlight architecture may require their own compatibility patch. SERVER OWNERS The included bulbs can be added to traders, admin spawn menus, events, loot systems, custom shops, reward systems, or any other server system that supports normal DayZ item classnames. The mod is intended to be loaded by both the server and players. Example classnames include: BZG_HeadlightH7_Color BZG_HeadlightH7_Color_Red BZG_HeadlightH7_Color_Blue BZG_HeadlightH7_Color_Green BZG_HeadlightH7_Color_NeonGreen BZG_HeadlightH7_Color_Purple BZG_HeadlightH7_Color_NeonPurple BZG_HeadlightH7_Color_Pink BZG_HeadlightH7_Color_Cyan BZG_HeadlightH7_Color_IceBlue BZG_HeadlightH7_Color_Yellow BZG_HeadlightH7_Color_Orange BZG_HeadlightH7_Color_RGB Matching boxed versions use the same name with: _Box Example: BZG_HeadlightH7_Color_NeonPurple_Box ORIGINAL BIZZARGAMING DEVELOPMENT MOD BZG_Custom_Headlight_Bulbs is an original mod created by BoomerDaClown at BizZzaRGaming Dev
