A solar cooker for DayZ: cook your food with the sun, without fire, without smoke. Made for DESERT maps. In the desert, wood is rare and a campfire can be seen from far away. The solar cooker turns the one thing the desert has too much of, the sun, into a stove. Put your pot or your frying pan on it and let the sun do the work, while you stay hidden. IDEAL FOR DESERT MAPS - Built for sunny, dry maps: Nasdara (DayZ Badlands), Takistan-style maps, dry steppes and wastelands. - No firewood, no lighter, no smoke column: perfect where trees are rare and every fire gives your position away. - Its salvaged, post-apocalyptic look (a dented parabolic mirror on a welded steel tripod) fits a desert survival setting. - Mountains matter: the higher you set it up, the stronger the sun. A camp on a desert peak cooks faster. - It works on any map, but in the desert it really changes the way you cook. HOW IT WORKS - A parabolic mirror focuses the sunlight on a small cooking cup in the middle. - Put a cooking pot in it (with water and food), or a frying pan with meat. One at a time. - The pot sits flat in the cup. The frying pan leans a little, so its handle rests over the edge. - Cooking is the vanilla fireplace cooking: boiling, baking, frying, drying, burning if you forget it. - Speed follows the sun: - full sun around midday: as fast as a fire; - morning and evening, with a low sun: slower; - clouds and light rain slow it down, heavy rain and night stop it. - The cooker must SEE the sun: in the shadow of a building, a vehicle, a big object or a hill, it stops. Place it in the open. - Altitude: +5 % cooking speed every 100 m above sea level, up to +50 % at 1000 m and higher. - The pot or pan gets hot (up to 150 °C), like on a fire. THE KIT - The cooker comes in a wooden crate with its own illustrated label. - Take the crate in your hands and place it: the hologram shows the whole cooker, so you see exactly where it goes. When placed, the crate unpacks into the cooker. - To move it: take the pot or the pan off, then "Pack up" with empty hands. The crate comes back into your hands. REQUIRED MODS - None. SolarBake_PFB works on its own. LANGUAGES - English, and French for players whose game is in French. FOR SERVER OWNERS - Works on DayZ 1.29 and 1.30 (tested on both) - The crate is loot. The file info/types.xml is a starting point: the crate spawns rarely, on the floor, in Industrial and Military areas. Change the numbers, or set nominal and min to 0 and sell the crate in a trader. - Copy the content of info/types.xml into the db/types.xml of your mission, or declare it in cfgeconomycore.xml. It also lists the placed cooker: without this entry the server can delete it. - Default lifetime of a placed cooker is 45 days. Change it as you like. - Put the key from the keys folder in your server keys folder. Class names - Kit (crate): SolarBake_Kit - Placed cooker: SolarBake_PFB

modperf has not read this mod's scripts, so there is no report and it is left out of any stack it appears in. 2 live servers in the crawl publish it.

The worker downloads the mod from the Workshop and reads its Enforce Script — nothing is executed. Usually a few minutes. This page then shows the report.
