Reborn AC-130 Call in an AC-130 gunship from a military tablet. Mark a spot on the map and the gunship flies in from the edge of the map, circles the target and you take over its guns from the gunner camera, Call of Duty style: a 105 mm cannon and a 25 mm Gatling. The server decides every shot, every hit and all the damage. Features Gunship Tablet: hold left click to open the map, mark a target, and you get the gunner view once the gunship arrives Fire Support Tablet: the gunship picks its own targets near the mark (players, AI, zombies) and fires on them. Deliberately not precise, accuracy is configurable 105 mm cannon: one big shell, long reload. 25 mm Gatling: fast bursts of small explosive rounds Switch weapons with F (with a short switch time), zoom with right click, thermal on T TV camera and thermal mode with a sensor filter; living players, AI and zombies glow in thermal HUD with ammo, reload, time left, range, zoom, grid position and a radar minimap The gunship flies in from the nearest map edge, banks into a circle around the target and leaves with an "angel" flare release when the time is up Tracers, shells in flight, muzzle flashes, animated propellers and guns Radio calls: on station, kill confirmed, leaving, hit, and a warning when your own character is being shot while you sit in the camera Players near the target get a warning that a gunship is inbound, with an alert sound It can be shot down: real bullets hit it, it spirals down and crashes, and a smoking wreck stays at the crash site for a while No strike zones (e.g. traders), call range, cooldown, tablet charges and a server-wide limit on gunships in the air Works on any map Built for busy servers: one network message per burst, all spam limited, nothing runs while no gunship is in the air Controls Gunner view. Can be changed under Options > Controls > AC-130 Gunship. Left click: fire F: switch weapon Right click: zoom (1x / 2x / 5x) T: thermal on / off Backspace: leave the camera (use the tablet again to go back) Installation Load the mod on the server and all clients (-mod=@Reborn_AC130) Copy the key from the keys folder into your server's keys folder Start the server once: the config folder profiles/Reborn_AC130/ is created Add Reborn_AC130_Tablet and / or Reborn_AC130_TabletAuto to your types.xml, trader or spawn system Config files (profiles/Reborn_AC130/) AC130Settings.json - all settings AC130Help.json - explains every option. Good to know The gunner's character stays where it is while they use the camera. If it is shot, the gunner gets a warning. If the gunner dies or logs out, the gunship leaves The Fire Support Tablet never targets the player who called it or anyone within 40 m of them, but stray rounds still hurt. Stay away from the mark Players inside buildings can't be seen by the Fire Support Tablet T
