HK416 This mod adds the HK416, a modular rifle chambered in 5.56x45 mm, integrated into DayZ using vanilla ammunition. Choose from four barrel lengths — 279, 368, 419 and 505 mm — with dedicated Black and FDE variants, semi-auto and full-auto fire. Build your own configuration with interchangeable handguards, stocks, pistol grips and magazines. Fit compatible vanilla optics and M4 suppressors, and combine finishes to suit your setup. Front and rear iron sights fold when an optic is attached and return when it is removed. This mod is free. Yes, you can repack it into your server pack. Modular attachments Four handguard styles: Quad Rail, Extended Quad Rail, Midwest Short and Midwest Long, in Black and FDE. Two stock styles: E1 and Slim, in Black, FDE and Olive. Two pistol grip styles: BG and BGB, in Black, FDE and Olive. Two HK 30-round magazines: Standard and Gen2. Barrel lengths are separate rifle variants. Extended Quad Rail and Midwest Long handguards require a barrel of 368 mm or longer. A pistol grip must be installed to fire. Visuals Detailed materials distinguish coated metal, polymer and rubber. The mod includes compressed PAA textures, mipmaps and distance LODs. Firing and reload animations use the native M4 platform.
